Dear friends at home,

 

It has been two months since I left Germany and have been far away from German bread and sandwiches. I have since had rice in all variations, as well as vegetables, raw fish, tadpoles and other goodies.

But I cannot deny my German family background of my appetite. Butter sandwiches with cheese, salami, ham, egg, remoulade, curd, marmelade...are occupying my thoughts, which guide me to a nice idea. But, in order to realize it, I need your help, because you are living next to the source.
